1.    Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Custom or bulk orders may require additional time (we’ll inform you in advance).

2.    Delivery Areas

• We offer delivery nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and towns.
• Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or longer timelines.

3.    Estimated Delivery Time

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or holidays.

4.    Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping rate of Rs.199.
• FREE Shipping on all orders Rs.4999 or above.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

5.    Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
• You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website or reach out to us for support.

6.    Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number is accurate at checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delays or failed deliveries. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7.    Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
